Medium low place, don't expect a lot. Crash place a few days.

Friendly helpful staff, had one of the better rooms and bed with pillows was good, swimming pool.

Very worn old hotel, lots of construction around in that street right now, but no noise from it. NO shops around aww bit of a walk. One of two A/c old noisy. No smoking area at terraces on floors, walk outside. No restaurants around.. hmm. Need cleanup on outer areas.

It was fine anyway. I had to stay for a night for a very important appointment on the next day.

The peaceful environment, the chamber staff, the cleanliness and the kind security guard who run after me, just to give me the bottle of water I left in the couch. I highly appreciate all their efforts and kindness. And before I forget, their yummy breakfast as well.

The creepy environment,the location as a whole that is a bit isolated from other establishments, and the reception staff who refused to take my breakfast order because it was still 5 am, and because she said that another receptionist will come at around 6am (how come, she could not do a hand over endorsement to the next staff?). Thankfully, the morning receptionist received my order at around 7:15am (when I called again), and have it delivered to my room at around 7:30am, thanks to her and the male staff who hand it to me while it was still very warm.

I wouldn't rather stay on other hotels

**Review of My Stay:** **Room:** - The bed lacked comfort; the mattress, blanket, and pillow were all too thin for my liking. **Reception:** - The reception staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which stands out as the only positive aspect of my stay. The presence of a security guard, however, was notably lacking. **General Appearance:** - The room had an outdated vibe, suggesting a pressing need for renovations. **Facilities:** - Due to an unsettling electrical noise, I found myself needing to switch rooms. - While the Wifi connectivity was satisfactory, the air conditioner proved to be distractingly loud. **Location:** - Its closeness to IT Park is a redeeming feature, being easily accessible on foot. **Price:** - Despite the affordability of the stay, the compromises in comfort severely impacted my sleep quality. *In closing, while the helpfulness of the reception is commendable, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. I wouldnt opt for this place in the future. The majority of my experience was unfortunately negative.*

Terrible.

First of all there is a construction site in the building next to the hotel and they work all day and all night, it is really loud. We asked to change room because we couldnt sleep and the staff told us that we would be downgraded and we wouldnt get the money difference back. Not correct and not polite. Second of all the room is very old and not really clean, there was a mouse in the room. Third of, the breakfast if terrible. Do not come to this hotel if you want to sleep, to be in a clean place or to have nice staff.

Me & my family's temporary shelter in Cebu City.

The reception staff were accommodating, our inquiries were properly entertained. Also, the guard on duty & utility personnel were helpful every time we need their assistance.

The comfort room has no bidet, also no dipper to use. The old appliances like the refrigerator looks untidy in the room due to rust. The way to the hotel is dark at night since there is no street lights.
