Amazing comfortable bed. Great location.
If you are on the 10th floor or below you will hear the incredibly loud music starting at 6 am that the restaurant plays. Was a total nightmare. Complained multiple times.

The facilities are dated, particularly the pool, fitness facilities and sauna. The rooms are also showing their age.

Great place to stay. Clean and cozy. I had no breakfasts here, but uber eats was very kind to deliver whatever I want right no my room door! ;)
Had only one issue - my cat found hole under sink and jumped in, so I had to rescue him from space under bath and clean him later from dust. Just small reminder to Hotel, if you allow cats, pls ensure that there is no any open holes anywhere in apartment!

Our time in Vancouver was made better by our stay at The Metropolitan Hotel
The cleanliness of the facility was exceptional and this was compliment by the professionalism of the staff. Every aspect of the room, the bathroom and the lobby was clean and tidy. It was a great enjoyment staying there.
The only the hitch was that we felt that the staff would of been more accommodating to our request for a late checkout if we booked with them directly.
