    Fantastic stay with a great breakfast!
    With a bus stop right outside for collection and drop off for tours, the location was absolutely ideal. It was also a nice walk back from the CBD after exploring days. The breakfast was the best we had for our entire three week trip - so much variety and options which was awesome.

    Perfect place to explore Reykjavik that is good value for money
    Property is excellently located with bus stop 13 right outside the front door. The main areas and church are 10min walk away with the marina being around a 30min walk. The spa facilities were amazing and was lovely to be sat in the outdoor hot tub with a glass of Prosecco on Christmas Day. You can also use the telecom to order drinks whilst in the hot tubs which was great! Large selection of foods for the breakfast buffet and all was very nice. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful on advising on your options and alternatives. We done an overnight tour before checking in to a new hotel and they were happy to store our bags for free until we returned which was really helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

    Everything was amazing staff , room , vibes , location, spa , comfort : More than perfect. Also shout out to Silvia and the rest of the team for making our stay and our anniversary extra special and unforgettable. So i would like to thank you for everything.
    The breakfast was very cold and not many options also the bakeries wasnt fresh at all. I had 4 nights and all of them are the same.

    Very nice atmosphere and a great spa - we will be back.
    Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff. The room was a good size and the breakfast had ample choice. Spa access was great.
    The beds were not configured as booked (double vs twin) and spa access not enabled on the key cards. Both were fixed immediately after contacting reception. The shower screen above the bath was leaking so the bathroom floor was soaked and the crane on the washbasin was loose, but these are small qualms compared to the many things they got right.

    Gorgeous hotel with great outdoor tub and amazing breakfast
    Everything about the hotel is perfect: rooms, decor, convenience, spa amenities. The free breakfast is really outstanding in quality and variety, and I love how the food is not wasted, because staff gets to eat after guest breakfast hours.
    There was an issue with our room initially, so he had to downgrade to a smaller one, which was disappointing. But the staff promptly and kindly offered us either a discount or a free dinner.

    It was lovely and would stay at the hotel again.
    Breakfast ok. Location of hotel excellent.
    We came to breakfast one morning and it was the staff time for breakfast and I felt ambushed. Went to get a pastry but they were all quickly taken by the staff.
