Outstanding view and location. We spent so much time on the balcony admiring the view of the Harbour bridge and Lavender Bay. The location was perfect. We could walk to the ferry or train station within minutes. The cafes and restaurants of Kirribilli was just across the road.

Tired room needing a face lift
Id call it basic accommodation and parts that shouldve been clean eg lid of bin in bathroom, cupboard in bathroom, cutlery and cutlery drawer in kitchen were disgustingly dirty.

Located well.. close to everything you need with train just across the road.
What was once someones loved apartment It looked sad. Curtains broken. Chips in the plates, odd sets yes first world problems . Whilst the decor was dated, it wouldnt have taken much effort to make it look and feel a bit cared for..

the apartment was very tired. the sofa was heavily stained and the cushions needed to be put in the bin. At this price I would have expected newer furniture that matched.
