    Staff attitude good, fast check in, lovely Restuarants around the area
    Its location is otherwise excellent but however its difficult to approach because its some distance from main gate, where vehicles have to stop. Perhaps the management can organize some sort of shuttle service from gate to hotel

    No frills, comfortable stay in a buzzing neighborhood with great breakfast
    The girl at the front desk was so adorable, sweet, warm and hospitable. She really made my stay very good and was the highlight of the hotel. The private room was absolutely fine for a place to sleep after a day of sight seeing and exploring and the area seemed to have some interesting features like the deer park and some nice restaurants.
    I stayed one night in the capsules, and it was horrible. Very loud, the other guests were not respectful of people sleeping. Also, the men and women were mixed, and I didn't feel comfortable getting up to use the bathroom at night. Also, I contacted the hotel before I arrived to double check that there was a locked area for my luggage while staying in the capsules area - they told me there was and then when I arrived, there was no locked area and a "safe" box which could fit a small bag yet there was no lock. It did not feel secure at all. This bad experience was ONLY for the capsule area, as once I moved into my own room, it was totally fine.

    The place is lovely, very friendly and helping staff. Very good breakfast.
    The men's room needs hook for handing the dress and towel. Also mark Hot water & cold water indications to help the user at the bathroom.

    The trip
    We were really unsatisfied with our stay. First, they booked the room for the wrong date. When we arrived, our room was not free and we were given beds in the hostel room. The bed sheets were not clean. They said they will give us a refund for the difference (which I think is also not customer friendly, if you make a mistake and then have dirty sheets on top, you could also refund the whole price) - however - until now (almost 3 weeks ago) we were not even refunded with the difference. Staff was sweet, however, shady hostel and way too expensive in my opinion

    As for the meals included in the price, they were ok, but very salty.
    location of the object. you can't sleep at night because of barking dogs. I know it's not the hotel fault, but I can't sleep. There's a hard driveway for taxis, you have to get off, move and walk. our room was dirty. the floors are not washed, there is dust everywhere, and the flow is blocked in the shower. Not cool.

    Checked out 3 hours after arriving, did not want to sleep on a wet bed, found cheaper and better.
    Room looked like pictures, had a balcony, complementary tea/coffee etc.
    Bedding was wet/damp, asked them to replace it and the new bedding was also wet. Shower was sharing water pressure with other rooms, you couldn't shower if someone else was showering in another room. Ceiling fan was shakey and should be considered a safety hazard. Desk table was half falling off the wall. Dogs in a neighbouring property were barking loudly all night. Impossible to sleep (even sleep deprived after long flights/layover).
