Very good
We enjoyed our stay and would consider going back to this In .
The room was very nice and clean, the property was off the main road but close enough to walk to downtown bar harbor.
The walls of the room were fairly thin and I was able to hear the person in the room next to us snoring, watching tv and talking.

Great location in a lovely refurbished home.
Its an easy walk to town. The main house is beautifully decorated and clean. Nice home cooked breakfast.
We stayed in the separate house in the back of the property. The internet was intermittent so a bit frustrating.

Great location for walking around the community and
Was nice to have three choices for breakfast, the serving staff very good and the venue was nice.
We woke up on the first day to tepid water in shower upon reporting it it was fixed. My concern was that we were told it might be a boiler issue or because so many people had used hot water it could cause this. This is an Inn with many patrons a lack of hot water should not be for over use. We were later told it was due to air in the pipes but it still left questions in my mind that they might not be able to adequately serve all patrons. For the price being charged.
