It's located in the Fujairah region of UAE covered with brown hills and the Gulf of Oman. They have a talented dancer who doesn't lose her smile in spite of the tough art form that she displays. We were there for Christmas and their staff of two Russians from Siberia multitask as Hostess, Compere, Dancers, Swimming Pool Trainers, etc.
There is a lot of profiling and the staff caters to Russians and the Caucasians better. We were there for Christmas and their staff multitask in different roles. Felt like they were super busy to attend to all. The food is repeated and the quality of the breads, salads and desserts can be better. Found the food trucks outside serving better tasting food.

Not Good. The smell of the ROOM IS smell like a Taxi.
The smell of the room is not good and not clean.
The swimming pool is good.
Actually, I don't mind if we pay more because we always care about the room and the bed.
What we don't like the most is the smell of the room. My husband and I trying to put some perfume but it's not working. The smell of our room it's like we are INSIDE OF THE TAXI. It's very uncomfortable. We were about to call reception but we decided not to because maybe we would wait again for 30 minutes or more like we wait before we check-in. Take note that check-in is at 3 pm and we arrived like pass 7 pm we thought that the room was ready but NOT YET READY. And honestly, my husband got sick and I had a headache. The smell of the room until the morning is still the same. I will never come back to this hotel.

The front office staffs were very nice and helpful giving me a late checkout until 14:30 HRS. Special mention to Em and Andrea.
The room had problems like the ceiling in the bathroom had a leakage and the way that the housekeeping cleaned the bathroom after the engineering fixed the leakage was not proper because there were some stains although the staff was polite. There's a loud water pump sound coming from my bathroom which disrupts my sleep.
