    Lovely stay, highly recommend.
    Lovely home stay. Miss Ten was very welcoming and friendly, helped us plan a few things and offered us food. Breakfast was lovely every day. Room was spacious and location was great. Would recommend and would stay again.

    Miss Ten is an amazing, incredibly accommodating host who helped me with my airport transfer and getting to the My Son ruins. She was even kind enough to let me use her shower before leaving for the airport. Highly recommended!

    Definitely recommend staying at Miss Tens place. She is really warm and we felt very welcomed into her homestay. Ms Ten also puts a lot of effort into ensuring the rooms are beautiful and clean. She has great recommendations and knowledge of Hoi An. She is great at ensuring guests have the best time during their stay.

    Miss Ten was the perfect host!
    Miss Ten is the ideal BnB owner - just the right mix of friendly, helpful, and discreet. The breakfasts were good and filling (try the banh mi!). Very convenient to the old town, but in a part of Hoi An closer to where locals live and work. We would definitely stay with Miss Ten again, and recommend her home stay whole-heartedly.

    Everything was perfect. Miss Ten was lovely, very welcoming and helpful. The room was great, clean and as described by the photos.

    Miss Ten's husband is very polite and helpful.
    We read a lot about how sweet and warm miss Ten is, but when she heard we didn't want any breakfast there, we booked our own taxis and activities, she wasn't that sweet anymore and sometimes even rude. She also looked very disappointed when she saw I was the only foreigner and was traveling with Vietnamese people. If you are looking for someone to help you with booking trips, a taxi and/or want a breakfast there, she can be the sweetest person and the homestay is pretty okay. If you know ways to book a much cheaper taxi or day trip and you're not planning to spend more, it's not the place for you... (Their prices are of course better than what most of the tourists can find, so if you are not Vietnamese, I would still recommend to book the trips at Miss Ten.). First I wanted to give this homestay a 5, but I know they don't have a lot of guests anymore since Covid, so I will give them a 6.
