Clean, friendly staff and spacious resort.
The resorts a la carte restaurants were disappointing.
Not much options on the menu and quality of food not great. Ironically the hotels main buffet restaurant had a large selection of tasty food morning, day and night.
Also despite advertising lots of onsite activities, there wasnt actually much happening. This may be due to the time we came as it was nearing end of season.

We loved the staff - everyone is incredibly warm and welcoming. The attention to detail in the room and in the service in general is amazing. We felt so comfortable we did not want to leave the hotel (even though we did to get to know the island). The food is amazing and very varied - not only in the main restaurant but the different bars and restaurants with reservations. We stayed in a room with a garden view and it was still very beautiful. The beach is amazing, and the pool is as well. What also amazed us was the cleaning service of the room - everything was so well cleaned every day. Also, in most all-inclusive hotels, some cocktails/restaurants are not included. We found it surprising that literally everything is included. The comfort of the room and the hotel spaces is top-notch! We will definitely come back with our families and friends. 10/10, would recommend without a doubt. We are very happy with our stay. The hotel was excellent; everything was well-organized, the food was delicious and varied, the drinks were excellent, and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind.
Very nice hotel with all the facilities. We had an upgrade to a very beautiful room with sea view and direct access to a semi-private pool. Waiters were very nice and friendly. Very nice beach, comfortable sunbeds, transparent water, nice sand.
Here and there the food could be a bit better, but anyway there is a lot of choice.

Some of the staff were lovely.
I didnt like the food, disgusting and not 5 stars at all, even in the restaurants that he only seasoning they know is salt its gross. Everything tastes old and tart or sharp I would avoid altogether and go outside for meals. None of the staff know whats going on you have to wait a while for staff to ask other staff etc

Gorgeous hotel
Great hotel, beautifully and cleverly designed and well laid out. Felt premium but for a reasonable price. Good inclusive facilities and lovely restaurants, beach was clean with loads of sun beds, clear sea and very shallow and safe for kids.
The main pool is crazy deep, although there are splash pools by the water slides, if you have kids that aren't strong swimmers I'd recommend getting a shared pool room. It's a real shame that they decided to make the main pool 3 meters deep, it was barely used & my 5 year old wouldn't go in as it was only shallow by the steps in, then got deep very quickly. I'd also say some of the staff weren't the most smiley/friendly but they all worked extremely hard & the guys at the beach bar were really lovely.

Great location, close to the beach, wonderful pool beds and pools. There was a good layout of the property so we easily found our way around while exploring.
The air conditioning could have been better. We had trouble turning the temperature down. Lots of children, maybe think of an adults only area?

This is not a 5 star hotel! The food & staff really let the mitsis quality name down. The food was always freezin, flavourless took ages & the rudest staff of any hotel i Have been to (and I have been to a lot!) some days we never would get our tea /coffee In breakfast, the Italian restaurant we were seated then no one came over until they asked what we wanted. But We hadnt been shown a menu then he told us well you should have gone into the wifi & looked at the menu ..how are we meant to know that!!
The guy at the theatre bar is the rudest person (the beach bar staff were so lovely)
The food in the creperie was great, the pizza on beach & gyros were also sooo lovely but again the pizza staff was the rudest women I have ever met
