    The Mizingani Seafront Hotel in Stone Town offers spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds, although the lighting could be improved. The hotel staff are courteous and helpful, accommodating ear (Read More)ly check-outs. The hotel is located in an historic building with vintage charm and great ocean views. However, the neighborhood is not affluent and the beach can be crowded. The hotel lacks elevators or lifts, which may be challenging for older guests. Overall, it is a nice hotel with a good location for exploring Stone Town.

    We stayed in the Freddy Mercury Suite which was very comfortable. Hotel steeped in history and beautifully restored. Great situation to explore Stone Town.

    Great location. Reachable by car without walking in stone town maze. Spacious room. Great breakfast with view
    Service is not 4 star standard. Check in is slow and past the check in time by one hour. Room is not 4 star cleanness. Damp smell coz of the antique building as well

    Id recommend this hotel for a short stay to visit stonetown as the location is excellent.
    Its boutique status and location
    It felt a bit tired. An electric socket wasnt working. Were told not to leave valuables in the safe as it was unsafe.

    Location is really great and view from rooms are wonderful
    Scarcy breakfast and dated rooms, floors are out of concrete. It is really boiling hot in bathrooms

    Interesting hotel witha great staff.
    The staff at the hotel are amazing - really tried to make us happy and provide anything we needed. So very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Hotel has an interesting character with imported furniture and dark wood everywhere - so many staircases, you can get lost. Really interesting place. Shower in the room was really good.
    The rooms are a bit musty as I think there are some water issues on the ground floor. I had to change rooms as the one I was assigned had a really musty odor and the pillows needed to be replaced. Beds were a bit on the hard side and the sheets too thin. I don't think the bed covers are washed frequently either.
