Swimming poll, breakfast, room - I love the place.
Outdoor swimming pool was closed after 8pm. No possibility to made training in gym at 5am despite I dont need anybody to control me, I need just gym and this is stupid and absolutely not convenient for me. The price is higher than average, it is ok if the hotel can be more flexible in gym acess, but no, the hotel is not flexible at all. The people on reception can not solve nothing. Very long answets on emails via booking com.
Long room service and instead one simple sandwich I have recieved full plate which I did not ordered. Poor minibar.

The hotel facilities are great, a shame the service and staff do not match the facilities level.
I chose the hotel for its facilities (i.e. pools and gym) and its location.
The pools are great so the gym.
I got to stay several times lately and every single time the security guards weren't friendly at all and often spoke very loudly amongst each other's in a foreign language (i.e. not French). This is not the expectation from a 5 star hotel.
Also, on my 3rd stay the front desk asked me for my details which I had provided twice already. Again, not expected from a 5 star hotel.
The room 319 is located below the rooftop and you can clearly hear the staff above moving the chairs and the table.
The facilities are great but service and staff are poor overall.
