    Very good hotel
    Very nice hotel, cozy room, good mattress. The breakfast was not very various , but tasty. In the room, there were pet sweets our dog was very happy about :) The parking in the hotel's backyard is convenient (and we've got a free parking as a discount which was very nice). The location is very good, close to Buda attractions and river back with spectacular view to the Hungarian Parliament. There are several good restaurants around the hotel.

    Great arrival. Fantastic lady on reception who helped us get put bearings. Room was not quite ready but held our luggage. Room a great size and comfy. The twin was like a double with separate quilts. Great shower. Location was quiet and transport links were ideal.

The hotel lacked that special touch to distinguish itself. The staff, while polite, seemed to provide only a mediocre level of service, and interactions were not particularly noteworthy. The breakfast, a crucial aspect of any stay, left much to be desired. The options were limited, and the overall organization of the staff could have been better. However, the building itself was aesthetically pleasing, and the cleanliness, especially in the shower and bath areas, was commendable.

    Good location close to the lanchid bridge. Modern bathroom, room and comfortable bed. Paid parking in front of hotel and the hotel have their own parking.
    The location is good but because its on the west side of Budapest you will have to cross the bridge every time you have to go to the centre, and it gets tiresome. Our room was at the first floor and the window was looking at the outside terrace part of the hotel. We could see people walking next to our window all the time and we could not open the window because of the noise of construction and comotion. The staff could not provide us with a different room and told us to use the air conditioning, in december :/

    Very comfortable and quiet, nice staff. Liked the design of the room. A peaceful place to stay within easy reach of the castle district and central Budapest.
    Would be nice to have a proper coffee maker in the room rather than sachets and kettle. Bed also a little hard but that is personal taste.

    Friendly staff, good located and nice room
    The only thing that I would change to have a smart tv that also allows you to watch Netflix etc. the cable tv basically did not have channels in English.
