    Perfect luxury location for Historic trip to Beautiful Berlin
    Beautiful hotel, I would say quite luxurious and lovely decor. We stayed over Christmas so the perfect setting with open fire in the bar area. Location could not be better near to train station , Christmas market, plenty of bars and restaurants and the shops! If you like shopping its treat. But its a walkable city but the Monbijou is absolutely perfect location.
    For a high end hotel theres no coffee and tea facilities in rooms. Albeit theres cafes nearby and people were bringing in.

    At reception I asked for a late check out (3 hours)and was told the hotel was full and my request couldnt be accommodated. The hotel was in fact only 50% full just before Christmas. I was offered a later check out if I paid half the room rate again. (I had altogether 7 room night and its not been my first time at the hotel). Shame that they missed an opportunity to impress and that the reception staff didnt want to be more flexible.

    Mattresses in room wasnt a double mattress, rather two twin mattresses pushed together. Bathroom was graby and the air ventilation was dusty and dirty. Shower pole didnt work properly. Room was way smaller than the advertised pictures. Wall was marked with lots of stains.

    Location was excellent, hotel was very nice, lovely lounge, attentive staff, had a suite, room 408 which was huge, lovely views of the catherdral. Minuted from the train station to the airport. Buffet breakfast very good, lots of choice

    Lovely hotel in the heart of Berlin
    Lovely hotel, comfortable and clean. Perfect location. Warm and cosy vibes.
    The tv wasnt connected to the internet and none of the terrestrial channels were working either. Not hugely important if you are out all day but I wanted some down time and ended up having to use my phone to watch anything. For the price I would have expected everything to work.

    Good location but rooms are too small.
    The location was great. The checkin was very convenient. The bed was comfortable and the chekout was easy as well.
    The rooms were too small. The shower was terrible, did not have a door or courtain so the water spilled into the rest of the bathroom. The floors in the room were not clean. When you walked on the wooden floor it felt sticky.
