We enjoyed our stay so much we are coming back next year!
Great location owned by a Lovely Goan family...warm homely atmosphere.. great menu with food and drinks available throughout the day...quiet.. yet close to numerous shops, restaurants, etc.
bicycle and motorbike hire available too.

Staff is very nice and welcoming. Food is good. Our room was great, AC works well and bed is big. The beach is just in front of the house door.
Our Seaview was hidden by a roof (all other rooms have a full Seaview I think). The price was quite high because of new year eve.

Lovely but stay at the end of the beach
Lovely owners and great location - basically on the beach. Food and drink also at a really reasonable cost and always had hot water in the bathroom.
We booked a room described as having a sea view - we could see the tiniest slither of the sea and mostly a really ugly looking balcony. It was a special occasion for us so having booked the room to be beachfront and have a sea view, I was quite disappointed to have neither of those things.

Worst stay ever. Building is too much old. Bathroom latch was not working. They provided very small bathroom bucket. And oh my god charges were so so high. Service was zero compared to prices. And yes obviously they did not provided us beach facing rooms. Not at all recommended.

Nice place to stay but feels a bit more expensive..
The room was very spacious and the washroom was the same as the bedroom.
The hut I was staying in was really beautiful even from outside, no idea abt other huts. Nice place to sit in front of the beach and chill with the beer.
Hmm to be honest the lunch we ordered did not meet my expectations. It's should have been much better but better then the other restaurants next to it.

Wonderrful hosts and great location.
The staff was very friendly and served an excellent indian breakfast
The place was under construction and getting ready for the season so there was no common lounge area to sit. The beach needs to be kept cleaner as a lot of debris get washed up at the beach post high tide.

Great Location - Beach view resort - Private beach
Very peaceful beach resort with spacious rooms. You must book the rooms with a beach view. There is a private beach from the property, and we can walk anytime during the day or night and chill with a beer.
Food is a bit costly there, but you can find some cheaper options at a walkable distance.

The place was quite peaceful away from the people and traffic with almost empty beach
The room not as expected. The AC exhaust was towards the bathroom behind and couldn't go inside it due to excess heat. Not that great maintenance. Communication with the owner should be intact or else will end up getting unnecessary items added to your bill
