Please do not consider my feedback as its based on personal experience. The first thing I heard in the hotel was about pick pockets, nice welcome. Also my expectations about the room were based on feedback here which is bathtub and specious room, which I didnt get as G 3 level. I booked for 1 person which was same price without breakfast as for 2, so I got single room instead of double for the same price which is ridiculous. Dont repeat my mistakes, book for 2 people even if you travel alone. Further on, I always put dnd sign and the room was always cleaned (can be the fact I am stupid though). Christmas was no transportation, I ordered taxi with hotel staff and later on I changed the flight and canceled - never happened and I was woke up at 5 am without any reason. The phone in the room didnt work so the stuff member had to knock. Tbh I dont want to continue as for the money I paid it was the worst hotel I ever experienced, but rooms are ok and staff can be trained so please enjoy if you can :) breakfast is around 30 euro and you can see what people comment here

Location, extra money charged asking for 50 deposit when you are about to check in doesnt say anywhere in the policies. Charged for food 25 when same u get same thing outside for 5. No facilities whats so ever paid almost 600 for tiny double bed room. Not recommended at all.

Location was decent, although a little bit further of a walk to the tube stop than anticipated.

Room had several lights that were not working. A/C unit did not work the entire time we were in the room. Additionally the mattress had a pad that was added which we ended up just completely removing because it was not secured properly and was making the bed even hotter at night. Customer service and reservation department at the hotel was also a train wreck to work when we needed to make a modification to our reservation.
