    It was somewhat disappointing. Not a value for money.
    Some of the staff members were very good. Good job team . I requested early check-in and early check-out and they arranged this.
    -There are so many hidden charges. -Some of the things are included in booking but were not provided as you have to ask for those and I was not aware. - basics things were missing although those were part of booking - improvement is needed in cleanliness - they have to proactive and have to understand the customer need

    Great overall experience and very family/kids friendly
    Value for money, location and friendly staff. Breakfast was great as well.
    They seriously need to upgrade bathroom maintenance to make it exceptional experience.

    Decent stay, worth trying
    Location was very good. Right outside of Sector 18 Metro station. The breakfast I thought was included, but I got to know only after reaching it was not. It was a bit expensive for the spread they had. But decent spread for breakfast.
    Although the location is good, the surrounding isn't very scenic. Also the building is surrounded by few other commercial buildings. But I guess one has to put up with this given the location advantage it has.

    but over all, it was a wonderful experience. hotel and staff are nice and accomodating.
    the property is clean and near to pearsonvue for taking nclex exam
    the noise outside the hotel. i was not able to sleep well, night before of my exam due to noise outside.. you can hear the drunk people fighting and the intermittent beeping of the public transportation.
