    Perfect for our needs spending night before rose parade.
    Proximity to Rose parade, adequate parking, modern basic sleeping arrangements, microwave & fridge.
    That bathroom shower toilet area & sink were in same space. A dividing of this space makes space more usable for a group

    Convenient location to attend Santa Anita Park
    The room had cockroaches. When mentioned to the staff, they said they would move us to another room, but then did nothing about it. We left a day early, on telling the reception staff we were leaving, the repsonse was just, the hotel manager is unavailable.

    We didn't get the rooms we had booked. They gave us rolling beds which were so uncomfortable, we suffered from severe backache and could not enjoy the next day.

    Great place to stay!
    The two beds room was an amazing room. I was a little scared about the cockroach review I read, but I did not see any and we were on the bottom floor very comfortable very clean. I will be staying here again.
    No breakfast really.

    The only half-positive thing I can say is the bathroom was not as dirty as the room

    Great location beautiful views. Happy customer.
    The property was in a good location. Easily accessible and plenty of parking. Stunning views. Good shops around it. Staff were helpful. You could make tea anytime you wanted in reception. Nice cereal bars for breakfast.
    The bumpy side entrance the road was very uneven but thats it.
