People very kind and professional. Pool and spa pool were my favorite, both very clean and lovely. Thanks, highly recommend it.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. The location was good with ample parking.

Lift was not accessible, so had to struggle to lift all luggage through stairs. Rooms were very small. No ventilation in washrooms.

Felt unsafe. Couldnt enjoy facilities as was closed, not told this until after we couldnt cancel booking, had booked f

Bed was comfy

They have a pokie room On-site which isnt advertised. No parks as gamblers taken spots, dirty nappies in car park, people hanging around that werent booked in motel, felt unsafe, 2 coffee sachets given for z2 People for complete stay.

lovely little room, we went for the price as it is very reasonable and were happy once we arrived clean room, lovely spa and pool facilities. definitely be staying again.

now I know for next time, I would request a room on the ground floor as there was only stairs no elevator.

Passable

A good night's sleep but the outside hotel fabric and service could be improved.

Room was clean, well equipped and comfortable.

Outside of building needs sprucing up and breakfast was both slow and overcooked. Having to wait 30 min until check in time or pay $25/$50 when the rooms were probably ready.
