    A very comfortable and delightful family vacation at this resort.
    The food was delicious and each meal was abundant in variety so we relished all meals in our 5 days. The Chef is definitely talented in maintaining the authentic taste of all South and North Indian food. The room service was nice and very courteous staff, our elderly parents also were treated with respect and we got a cottage where the resort van picks and drops us.
    There can be cottages with bedrooms in the same level as it is difficult for elderly to climb steps to bedroom.

    The resort is located in a good spot
    This is a very old resort , the facilities are not matching with the price attached. Especially the size of rooms and bathroom. Warning people who go with the elderly. Rooms have stairs and not suitable for people with walking or disability. Though they said room heaters will be provided , nothing was given. Had to remind them about fruit basket too. They are quick to charge 2000 for one extra bed. Though they said 3 people can stay in one cottage, the bed size is suitable only for two.

    It's a superb property, the location, and staff were excellent. Very clean and well maintained.
    The rooms could have been a little bigger. It's pretty small even for a couple & a small kid.

    Good cottage resort ... could've been better though
    -Cottages were good in size and pretty clean -Great view from some of the balconies -Food was good
    -Long walk from the reception and need to climb a few steps -Couldnt get hold of the reception after 11pm, nobody picked up the phone -They asked us to leave the food plates outside the cottage as there was no housekeeping or restaurant staff to clear the plates at around 10pm. The plates were left out and within minutes there were 4-5 stray dogs outside our main door which freaked us out

    very nicely styled cottages. location and view was amazing. I was also very happy to get an upgrade. great value for money.
    wifi was not working at all, even after sending the hotel team to rectify it it was still not connecting. rooms have no air conditioning. breakfast was a complete disappointment and the staff at the restaurant were not helpful at all.
