    Mountain Thunder Lodge is praised for its great location, within walking distance to downtown, yet quiet and peaceful. The clean rooms and nice grounds are complemented, with the condo providing ever (Read More)ything needed for a comfortable stay. A shuttle service is available for convenience. The only complaint was a sagging mattress. Not having air conditioning was not a problem as the evenings were cool. Overall, guests highly recommend the lodge for its cleanliness, location, and helpful staff.

    We had a great time. Cant wait to go back.
    There were a few issues inside unit 1201. The light swish needs to be repaired and the location of the TV is somewhat awkward. It is also a little bit difficult to get the VCR to work correctly.

    room needs to be updated, did not look anything like the pictures when reservation was made. it was very hard to see thru the windows - worn out or discolored. Patio door handle was broken, as was coffee pot. Sofa very uncomfortable.

    Very nice condo, well maintained and super clean. Loved coffee provided by the resort. Over all we had a great experience.
    The king size bed is sagging in the middle so we were naturally rolling towards the middle. Not very comfortable. Towels in the kitchen dont absorb water - very weird but we ended up not using it since it would just smear water on the plates and not dry them. Back left burner on the stove is not working Dishwasher utensils holder has broken plastic bottom so utensils just fall through to bottom of the dishwasher

    Sofas needs deep cleaning. We all got bites and rashes while sitting on it. We never set on that again for rest of the stay.

    No breakfast provided
    Had trouble with some of the windows. One window screen was broken, making operation if the window impossible. As there is no air conditioning, this was an issue.

    maybe sell Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi at the front desk snack bar but not an issue just a suggestion :)
