Comfy, new building. Beds are good.

Rooms are quite small. No kitchen but low quality finger food in hotel lobby. Hotel relatively far from city center (20-25min walk).

Not the best moxy hotel Iv been but ok to stay.

Poor breakfast. We didnt got extra slippers I asked but hotel worked said we can get them. Quite cold even with working air conditioner.

Beautiful location and hotel, the staff had poor service and manners.

Nice quiet location, nice view, clean and big rooms. Stylish hotel, good facilities (gym, pool, mounge area)

The staff were extremely unprofessionnal and confrontational. The barmaid didnt know how to make the cocktails on the menu and proceeded to fight with a collegue in front of us behind the bar. As for check-in, the fees for my 2 dogs came as a shock as 30e per dog per day increased my stay budget by 120e. The staff were very rough and confrontational when discussing the fee, even though I was calm and only asking questions to understand everything fully. As for housekeeping, the service came through at 16h30 when we had already returned to the hotel. We came back to unmade beds and no coffee. The cleaner was in a rush to get out of the room and did a very poor job of refreshing everything.

The games on the ground floor. Nice furniture. Felt cosy. Amazing view in the evening and morning on the harbour.

Breakfast, we arrived at 10 (on a Sunday morning) croissants and poffertjes were already gone or refilled very slowly (too late because I had taken something else).

Location is really nice. Front office members are really friendly and other staff also. Other facilities also superb.

Super friendly staff!

It was the perfect location, view on the water. The city is 10min away with the car. The staff was super friendly! We went with our dog, and she didnt have any shortcomings. It was the perfect weekend away.

The bathroom wasnt super super clean, but Im a bit difficult so it might be my problem.
