Brilliant base for a family Christmas in NYC, great staff and facilities
Friendly and welcoming atmosphere but still cool and fun
The room was quite small for a longer stay with 4 of us. I wish there had been more though put into storage for a room accommodating 4 people and their luggage.

Rooms are too small!
The rooms were extremely uncomfortable, Rooms too small. No space for you luggage, you have to walk over your luggage to get to the bathroom. I have stayed in NYC many times and have never stayed in such a small room. There is not enough space for two people to cohabitate in those rooms. The bed is terribly uncomfortable. And it is priced as if it was a normal size room.

Our stay was amazing. Convenient area, within walking distance all over Times Square. Close to subway access for trips like visiting the statue of liberty. The bars were great also, great atmosphere. The rooms are small but cozy.

Disappointing
Tiny, uncomfortable, and overpriced.
The location is good, very close to Times Square and MSG. The food at the restaurant was also good.
The bed was very uncomfortable. The room is the smallest I've ever seen and there is 0 storage available, only hooks on the wall you can use to hang your stuff. The elevator situation is AWFUL, it takes forever to get to your room and my friend got stuck in the elevator twice. The room didn't match the photos which show space to walk around the bed. Instead, the bed was touching 3 of the walls so you couldn't walk around it, making it difficult to get in/out without disturbing the other person in the bed. I'll definitely never be staying here again.

Quite loud street noise at night, staff knocking on door whilst DND is on. Nothing a deal breaker though
