    The staff are so friendly, the rooms very clean and comfortable with a nice view of the mountains. Fantastic complimentary shuttle service available to and from the train station and around the sites of the city. Excellent travel agency opposite the hotel for booking trips.

    The bed was the best of all it was so comfortable.
    The WiFi was a big problem, iit was not working at all, even when the TV that was a streaming one couldn't see anything.
