Stayed for 4 weeks. It became home. Everybody was always helpful and smiling. Neighbourhood was good too. Shopping was close by, train station as well.

Home away from home

The location was just perfect and it felt like home on the third day. Ajay and team helped with every question I had. Learned to appreciate indian cuisine and how to cook some. Made new friends and will stay at Ajay's every time I come to Mumbai

The bed could have been softer, like my bed at home. But even that wasn't an issue after a few nights. Didn't like leaving..

Everything was perfect about our stay. The apartment, location, space, and the owner. This was a family trip, and we felt very comfortable and safe in and around the area. The owner was very welcoming and gave us so much great and helpful information. If we ever needed anything or had any questions, even if it was about the city, he was very helpful.

The building has no lift . Tough to carry luggage upto 2nd floor. No staff. Only self sevice.

I can highly recommend the accommodation. Ajay has very high standards of cleanliness, amenities and perfection. One of the best accommodations on my trip to India (I have seen many accommodations in India). Great location in Mumbai and you get lots of insider tips. Ajay helped me (several hours of work) plan my trip through India. He created a travel plan for me including sights and means of transport + booking them. And best of all, he didn't want any money for it! Thank you Ajay for the unforgettable time and your efforts!

A Very Good Location for P.D.Hinduja Hospital Visitors at very high stay Cost/night

Very Good Location, Very near to Hinduja Hospital and the Owner's support, and arrangements while early check-in. Thanks.

Owner asked to pay FULL payment prior to board and he was not considerable for this Owner to be further Polite & accomodative with Guest. Washing machine & Cloathes cleaning charges are very high to utilize it (even it is optional)
