nice Staff and really nice chill Area with a beautiful view.

sadly I could not pay with card, bc the machine wasn't working. In the end I had to use another way of money transfer wich had high fees, so I had to pay more. The room could have been cleaner as well.

Late check-in, and there was hot water when i arrived. Kind of nice location.

Super noisy crowd drinking alcohol till late hours. Dirty and unpleasant common areas.

Hotel has nice rooftop ambience. The common area is well equipped with all the games and books. All music instruments and games are well maintained including pool table

Beds are not comfortable as the mattress had spring and it was uneven. No facilities were provided by the hotel.

Slum area with very bad location

Roof top only

The location is very very poor please avoid going inside the slum area . Because of location I payed 500 rupees to taxi driver to reach this place even I have to still walk inside 1 km more because it's very narrow narrow streets there. I don't understand how they live there .

The location was great and the staff very nice.

The windows just had the frames so they couldn't be closed at night. Toilet could be cleaner. Bedsheets and towels had some stains.

Disappointing

Massively Overpriced

The staff were very friendly and did change our room after we complained which is good. It was also clean. The rooftop terrace looked nice but there was no food or drink available! Because of this we always went out to find a rooftop cafe/restaurant elsewhere in town. It seems like the few people staying there did the same because we never saw anyone hanging around there.

The original room they gave us was horrible - no window or natural light and no bathroom ventilation - for more than 1500rp per night!! Because of this the room smelled badly of damp. We were very tired after a long bus from Mumbai so we stayed the first night, but after complaining we were "upgraded" to a room with a window/ventilation. The score mostly reflects the first room - you should have given us the "upgrade" in the first place, especially because I had stayed with you previously as I mentioned in my message. The TV advertised in both rooms was incredibly small and far from the bed - we didn't bother checking if it worked because it was easier to just use our phones. It's also a 10 minute walk into town, which isn't so far but the reality is this place is SO OVERPRICED - you can find much nicer double rooms for half and even a third of the price directly in the main part of town. I really wish I hadn't booked and paid for 4 nights upfront because we would have left immediately. I also don't appreciate being emailed nearly every day asking to leave a review. Save your money and go elsewhere.
