    Will definitely look to return if we need to stay in Ipswich.
    Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Also enjoyed the one evening meal we had booked. Location suited us and we found staff all very helpful. Amazed when one member of staff remembered me from a stay several months ago!
    Can't really think of anything - other than the impossible like putting it nearer the town centre!!

    Reception staff are lovely. Spa facilities are also great. Food was exceptional. Room was huge and at the end of the corridor which was very quiet. Chocolates left on pillow which was a really nice touch.
    The steam room had rubbish in the corner which was there for two days. Changing rooms seemed a bit dirty and there was a horrible drainage smell. Sauna was also out of order which wasn't mentioned upon booking. But we booked via booking.com so perhaps that's why.

    The shower didn't really have enough grab rails. There wasn't really sufficient supply of milk for coffee. If we had arrived earlier I would have asked for more.

    Lovely building and I liked the ornate furniture. Room had everything needed and was warm and cosy.
