The room are really bad they have high humidity in the rooms which was not comfortable to sleep or stay in the room , I changed 2 rooms and both were the same with high humidity and rotten smell

Very nice and comfortable beds
Left bags and jacket to staff after checkout in luggage storage... the jacket was linked to the one of the bags... however when returning the staff (same one that took it) returned bags without jacket... noticed only when got to the airport... arranged for cab to come for jacket and bring it however the staff was again so poor not taking effort for 15 minutes to walk inside the luggage storage for 2 metres and check for jacket and then again when cab arrived so rude and lazy they didn't want to bring jacket to cab driver...horrible experience for a 3 star hotel yet what to say when it is 5 star... in the end my plane left and i was unable to recover the jacket because of so slow reaction of stafff...needed 5 mins for them to be a little faster
