Breakfast was excellent, and the view from the room was gorgeous; the room and interior of the hotel were lovely.
I was robbed in the hotel; the staff stole my husband's branded jeans on his birthday. Also staff on the reception didnt react to help us; they just watched us like idiots. When the manager intervened, they finally found it and returned to the room.
Travelling somewhere from a hotel is impossible, taxi costs like gold, and you will have to wait for it for 30-40 min minimum. Ourside facilities restaurants are overpriced with bad quality food.
Another case.
After stealing, case management probably decided to sweet the bitter taste after the case and said we forgive you for what you ordered the next day on the minibar, and we had a late check out in 1500, and a girl in reception said that they would sort it out. On the same day, when we were about to leave for a walk, we received a call from reception that we needed to pay what they had forgiven (30 EUR). A boy from the restaurant was running so fast that after a call he knocked on the door in 3 minutes, but when we were robbed by hotel staff no one came for almost an hour. We had to go down to the reception to sort it out, and the next day at 1000 from, a reception girl said that we needed to pay an additional 200 EUR if we wanted to stay up to 1500.
That just blew up my husband, and the matter is not in money but in attitude; the staff wants to squeeze you up to the last penny, giving terrible impressions and emotions.

I was blown away by every facet of this hotel.
The staff, the hotel manager Kosta, the amenities. The views. The food. The bartenders (huge shout out to Taki). Everything was PERFECT. Easily the most beautiful hotel I have ever had the pleasure of visiting.

Utopia : a Dream Hotel in Mykonos
Utopia in American English ; any idealized place, state, or situation of perfection
this is what this hotel feels like . from the lobby where you are greeted by the friendly hostesses to the restaurant where they take care of you royally . the design is outstanding as are the views . the corridors , normally forgotten by most hotels, are a modern replica of the streets of Mykonos . the manager Costas is always around checking that all is perfect for his guests . Utopia is truely a dream come true!
