Excellent hotel keeping

The bedroom size, design and comfort; the service from reception, housekeeping, room service, bar and restaurant staff all excellent;the location in terms of beachside, shops etc. and regular bus service to N. Beaches and the city.

Very spacious rooms in a great location on the Northern Beaches, perfect for our short stay.

Room size was great, and having a room close to us for my elderly mother, which was suitable for someone with a walking frame was very helpful. The extra double glazing to soundproof the rooms was very effective. No sound from passing traffic at all.

Not sure whether it was due to poor internet connection, or just faulty TV set, but the TV was difficult to operate and a pop up would repeatedly come up asking me to choose to use the hotel wifi, I could not get rid of the pop up. In the end I had to turn the TV off and navigate my way back to the channel to avoid the pop up. I had to do this every time I changed channel, if I didn't want to see the pop up again.

No food available from 3pm, being a bar and a tourist spot some ability to buy even chips would be good. More than just our family were scrambling to find food after arrival. Smokey smell in pub. Front desk staff were a bit grumpy

A great place to stay and relax in comfort.

The beach location. Easy and plentiful parking. That we could eat on the premises. That we could meet a family group of people there. The balcony and room was lovely.

It was difficult to order room service, as no instructions on how to use the technology. If nitpicking, a wider selection of healthy meals on the menu would add to the experience.
