Good room and location. Breakfast staff pretentious and and arrogant and aloof. Ironic ad they could even fry two eggs.

Convenient for airport

Precious and preening breakfast staff who couldnt even make two fried eggs: frankly embarrassing!!! So awful and pretentious. Oh my God

Relax stay after flight.

Family room was within two separate rooms. One room with bed and the second with coach. Additional thanks for baby crib as reception was able to arrange it. Huge, clean bathroom with nice bath. Socket adapter was available from reception for rent free of charge.

Breakfast could be more diverse with fresh fruits. Coach was loud.

Convenient location with clean, comfortable room (but check aircon working as very hot)

Great location. Shuttle a bit stressful in terms of getting a space back to airport.

Aircon did not work in one of the rooms which was insufferable.

Pleasant but left bitter taste by this lady who checked me in

Clean, super comfortable beds, convenient location and accessible to city

Lady Reception at check in was very rude Did not greet me ok arrival but left me standing there whilst she tried to deal with tidying her drawers its fine for me to wait but she never even acknowledged me facilities eye contact or otherwise. When she was ready she just asked if she could have my passport Never once smiled and asked how I was I asked for wifi and instructions to the city I asked for instructions with WIFI and hs some trouble and I could understand she sniggered with her colleague and took me for a fool Apparently I had pressed the wrong button even thought they showed me the visual card and instructions ( easy to do as someone else before me did the same thing) Anyway not what I expect from a hotel reception She looked like she hated her job! Driver of the shuttle coach who picked us up also looked like he didnt enjoy his job never said hi to the passengers as you would expect -
