    I am tired of pointing out their short comings.
    No hot water in the shower morning and I had to get cold water shower I got sick very bad experience, not expected at all.
    Internet problem while staying with me on all stays.

    Waste of money. damage items they try to blame us. Customer service is too bad. Behavior very bad. Even you people can't give complimentary of brush and paste. It's my first and last. Next time will not come there. While we book online we have some offer but national residency staff is trying to buy normal payment.
    I will not recommend my friends and family to national residency

    Location. Easy to commute to the places I need to
    Beds werent clean. Did not feel them to be fresh. Towels were also not comfortable to use.

    The hotel staff were very helpful. The hotel was very well maintained with good 24/7 service. it is located at prime location making very convenient to travel to main attractions in and around Mysore.
    Even though the food was good, we had to go to the restaurant with whom the hotel had ties and the service was not good at all. they charged additional charges to provide complimentary breakfast to hotel room even for aged people.

    The Breakfast was at the restaurant next to the hotel and the food was good and the quantity was Nice. The Staff was responsive to an issue we had late in night regarding the A/c.
    A/c In the First room we stayed should have been checked before us checking to avoid us waiting in the night to get a different room where the A/c Had cooling.

    Location and comfort wise It is a good property for stay in Mysore. Staff is so polite.
    Breakfast was good and testy but same menu on every day it should be different on each day.
    Room service could have been better like food service in room.
