    Lovely area and lovely set up in the house perfect for 2/3 day stay in London
    Only problem was that we had trouble with our key getting into the room so had to call the emergency number to get a back up key

    Location - in the heart of Mayfair in an unassuming road ! Very private
    Due to the weather the air con heating system didnt work well a few times. The view from our room always a little sad facing the wall.. Internet was very weak in the bedroom The customer service was a little slow as well when calling to clarify access when arriving and resolve the heating problem later esp after hours

    It was a truly amazing apartment for the price. We were stunned by the quality of it. The bath was perfect, the bed was so comfortable and it's in a quiet location. Well placed for Park Lane.

    Convenient, beautifully located, and great amenities but card system needs to be fixed to reflect guests actual date of
    Convenient of location, the rooms, furnishings, amenities up to iron/hair drier Ladies who clean, Sadly, with the safe at ground level,, I kicked it by mistake and my keys got locked in so I had things left in the safe but had to fly back to Lisbon so lost them.
    When I could not get in because my key card did not work to reflect that I had changed my date of departure to a day later and that you dont have anyone available on weekends to let people in or for emergency situation as I was - WHEN I WAS LOCKEDD OUT

    Clean quiet one bedroom apartment close to amenities
    Its close to shopping area. Clean and quiet area. Well equipped.
    Apartment is elongated rectangle with narrow space (not for big people) to pass in front of a king size bed in the bedroom. Need to pull blinds down for privacy from neighbours.
