    Pool area and put put was a bit shabby/ run down. No freezer in the fridge

    The staff in restaurant was not very friendly and she asked us to pay a surcharge even my card is a debit card without paywave. In addition, I was about to have some dairy free milk but the staff ignored my request.

    We often stay at Naumi. The food is excellent and the staff were very potlite and accommodating. I like the envirnoment, the ease of checking in and the quiet rooms
    We usually book through booking.com and get a nicer suite. On this occassion the room we got was pretty basic, we would have been happy to pay a little extra to get an upgrade, similar to the rooms we normally get.

    Great place to stay before flight.
    Proximity to airport for early travel. Beds were comfy.
    Check in was a hassle on the computer screens as we booked two rooms and each room had to be checked in individually which took ages and then it didnt work so had to go to front desk as start again. We had two rooms and both were meant to be same but one was missing amenities and the other didnt have everything either and also had a broken sink.

    Our flight got cancelled, I got an option from Booking.com to request a date change or refund, but they said it would be up to the hotels discretion. I emailed the hotel to explain our situation and they said they had no control over the booking. So beware using booking.com and booking a room with this hotel that they dont have any control over. Yes, the issue was originated with Booking.com, but to be told by both parties that they had no control and I had to contact the other one was ridiculous and Id rather not deal with it again. We stayed in Novotel instead which is a literal 1 minute walk from the airport and it was beautiful with the most lavish free breakfast buffet Ive ever had.

    Restful, mix reviews on staff, but great pool
    Lovely reception manager (a seasoned expert) very welcoming and supportive in relation to family-friendly matters. Manager in bar/restaurant area needs to work on accommodating children dinner needs couldnt (or wouldnt) make a kids meal at 5pm for a hungry child. Instead said you need to come back at 5:30pm -not well delivered. All in all housekeeping staff delightful and great pool and comfortable bed. Just needs to return to fully embracing families. Thanks for the stay.
