A beautiful gem in a fantastic neighborhood
This is a beautifully renovated house in the heart of the funky Neapoli neighborhood, which is full of restaurants, cafes and indie shops...all at the foot of the Lycabettus Hill. The rooms are cozy and clean, the staff is very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is abundant. A major added bonus is that many tourist attractions are walking distance. I can highly recommend this place!
We had a ground floor room so we could hear both guests coming and going but also the noise from the street, which was a bit annoying. Thankfully the staff got us some ear plugs, which did the trick. But if you are sensitive to noise try an upstairs room.

Excellent choice for demanding yet picky budget travellers
A boutique hotel indeed, and a very good one too, with friendly staff. The quality-price ratio is great for the Sappho suite we stayed in. I liked the terrace where breakfast was served. Very tasty spanakopita and bougatsa, by the way. The bottled water and coffee pods in the room were replenished every day and were free of charge, so what more could you ask for?
A couple more hooks/bars to hang-dry the towels in the bathroom wouldn't hurt...

Friendly staff, clean boutique hotel, the rich breakfast and the handy position. It's a lovely place to spend some time in Athens indeed.
The bathroom door is almost seen though and every time you had to go to the toilet during the night, the light from the bathroom would lighten up the bedroom too.
The Deluxe Bedroom was certainly fine; perhaps not so sophisticated to be called "Deluxe".

My favorite place that I stayed in while visiting Athens!
This was such an amazing find! Gorgeous rooms (we stayed one night, then came back for 3 nights after going to Santorini). The staff was super helpful and nice, even had a gift on our return visit! Perfect location to local neighborhood with great restaurants but close enough to walk to tourist activities! We couldnt have picked a better place! Comfy beds and a wonderful shower! You cant go wrong by staying here!

We really loved the reasonably priced in-house airport transfer service, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable room with amazing shower, complimentary bottles of water, Nespresso machine, interesting location near trendy bars and restaurants, short walk to the centre of Athens. Would not hesitate to stay again
