    More than met our expectations for a new year stay.
    The location and the property itself with a lot of heritage temples etc. on the properrty.

    The lawns and the locations of the property was good. The chef was also good and the one dinner we had at the property we enjoyed.
    I had specifically called and asked for 3 rooms together given we were traveling as a family with senior citizens. We had made the booking 4 months in advance and also called the property. The hotel did not provide that + the staff at the property did not handle the situation well (not cooperative) and kept repeating that they if you have booked from booking.com they cannot help. Almost made you regret booking from booking.com. No coordination between their sales team and team at the hotel. Did nothing to make the situation better and not great attitude. No attention to detail- the cups and spoons in our room were soiled and old toiletries were still there in the bathroom.

    Absolutely beautiful. Huge grounds with lovely rooms and amazing staff. The best part are the green lawns, trees, old temples and baradari on the property. The food is delicious!

    Superb heritage property in Gwalior
    Superb heritage property. Some of the temples and structures on the property are worth visiting even if you're not staying there. Beautiful manicured gardens. Facilities are heritage and preserve the original style. Please understand what you're booking, don't expect a TV or fancy gadgets.
