    The location was fantastic and the hotel itself was so clean, cosy and comfortable. We arrived just after Christmas so we got to enjoy the beautiful Christmas decorations - I can only imagine how wonderful it was on Christmas Day. The staff were INCREDIBLE. They couldnt do enough for us. We brought our one year old puppy so we were a little anxious about our first hotel visit with him but each staff member went above and beyond to make us all feel comfortable and looked after - especially the pup! We dont have a single word to fault the hotel. What a stay!

    Beautiful building, the views are amazing. The original features of the hotel are lovely. Spa was great value for money.
    The rooms are a little dated, the bathroom are very small, it wasn't very clear upon arrival if room service was available and information about the mini bar or meal times etc.

    Not the luxury it sells it sells itself as
    Lovely location and beautiful building. Food was nice.
    Spa is small and was overbooked so had to leave clothes and valuables on top of lockers Bathroom is very old fashioned and was dirty -shower very small for 6ft partner. Rooms very noisy - could hear the conversation of people next door and also could hear the using the toilet. Staff a little disinterested and lots of rubbish/ glasses etc left over from a function the previous night even at 5/6pm the following day.
