    Staff are very friendly. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable.
    Prices for breakfast buffet or room service a la carte are extremely high. Same prices as in Switzerland. It feels more that all the efforts and options offered are meant to squeeze every cent during your stay. Unfortunately the pool area is very old, we thought that a Hotel of this category would take care more of this areas, we only went down to the pool once due to this reason. In the photos there is a tennis court in display as it if was part of the hotel and included on their facilities, in fact that was one of the reason we chose this hotel as no other had a tennis court available, but it turns out that to our surprise, you need to rent the court, 23 USD per 1 hr, and the equipment costs extra aswell per hr. Very disappointing. They should clarify the tennis court is not part of the hotel and comes with an extra cost on the facilities description.

    Very nice experience, would definitely stay there again!
    Breakfast was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Facilities were very good and suitable for a family.
    The front desk didnt tell us about all the facilities of the hotel at check in. We had to discover things on our own.

    It was my first trip to Vietnam and New World Saigon was the first place I stayed. I booked a residence club room and it was excellent. The personnel was very polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast , coctail hour drinks and food amazing! I also used the swimming pool which was very nice. I had such a good start to my travel in Vietnam thanks to New World Saigon experience, I decided to end my trip there and stayed another two nights at the end of my trip Thanks Hoa, Thuy, Uv, Nhi, Thu and everyone that I cannot remember the name of

    Great Hotel Stay in HCMC
    Staff were very proactive, saw to all our needs. They were very accommodating, gave us a late check out of 2pm and even allowed us to use the 10th floor lounge to wait for our 7pm pickup to airport. Out flight was delayed again and they even helped us call the airline to inquire. Really fantastic experience for my family. Highly recommend this hotel!

    Pleasant because of the convenience of the location
    My family and I enjoyed the seafood buffet and the staffs at the restaurant were superb, especially the manager. A special thank you to her.
    I found the check in lady was very unhelpful as she was busy pushing me to use their current promotion. Not very impressed . The room was not what is in the photo the carpet has many stains

    Very polite, very helpful staff. Poolside facilities were excellent and the location was very central to our requirements.
    The breakfast was good but it could have been better with higher quality ingredients.

    Beautiful hotel, great service and value for money
    EVERYTHING Staff professional and very friendly, will do anything for you.
    Only one negative when we arrived we had been travelling all day and probably did not look are best. A member of staff at the reception who was dressed in a blue suit was very disrespectful to us. He came marching across the floor, flung his arm out to stop me and asked can I help you in a discerning tone. As if we should not be in his hotel. Do not judge a book by its cover we were premium residency club guests.
