Breakfast was very nice and the staff in the breakfast room was very helpful.
Location is very good, easy access to S-bahn and also U1 line / U-network.
Like the area in the hotel as well, nice restaurants and shops
Room was ok but the air condition did not really work. It was warm in the room ie above 25deg when I explicitly set the temperature to 18deg and when I complained to the front desk, the staff tried to fix it while we were out for the day but when we came back, the room was cooler but only because the window was opened. So for the rest of our stay we kept the window open to allow cooler air in the room. This was the case for 2 of our rooms, 319 and 318. Also our room 319 could have done with a chair in the corner of the room. There was only one chair at the desk.

The location is fantastic. Cleanliness is also excellent,.The staff was good but not enough.
Van Gogh bar was very plesant
The wellness did not work. The sauna was under construction. The breakfast was abysmal.
Very few personnel, especially in the reception, are unable to meet the needs of the customers
I waited 10 minutes to respond to my tel call from my room.
You should invest in personnel and quality. Otherwise, it is not worth it for a 4-star Hotel!!!

Great time and location with plenty of facilities nearby.
Location. Rooms were very good and mostly the staff were helpful.
Late check out but cleaning staff kept calling to room despite of been informed.

Bad experience. This is Deutchland and they dont know tourism.
1. I like the bar Van Gogh at the reception level.

1. Room was very small.
2. Room service was terrible. For 2 days there was no shampoo in bathroom. I asked to the reception 2 times to refill it. Finally at our 3rd day they refill the shampoo.
3. Towels were old and very hard.
4. They gave only 1 bottle of water for four days.
5. Although we were double, there is only one towel in bathroom.

Great location with lots to do in Charlottenburg. Easy walk to KuDamm and the Kaiser Wilhelm memorial church area.
Great location and very nice clean room. Americans, prepare for smaller rooms than you are used to but it was still a wonderful room! Very cool piano bar downstairs! Front desk staff were all awesome!
