Continental breakfast was not worth 28 euros, quite basic assortment, scrambled eggs were served close to cold, I missed an extensive egg station or in general a larger warm foods station. Will have breakfast in the city next time.

The property is not that good. The place is not properly cleaned, the cleaning staff are not doing the job properly. The check in staff missed up the rooms and caused drama.

Amazing hotel with a diverse workforce! Brilliant!
Firstly, I have stayed in this hotel in August with my best friend from Miami! We absolutely loved it! So I came back in November for my birthday. I must say that I was absolutely excited and elated to see the diverse work force which is a true representation of the hotels customer base.Really pleased to see the diversity and inclusion at the hotel-and because of that I will make sure that this is the recommended hotel for all my friends and family in Milan. I WILL BE BACK !

Lovely hotel. Ideally located.
Room was compact, but as big as we expect in a city hotel. Room spotless, bed very comfy. No street noise. Ambience in hotel was relaxed. Bar staff very welcoming. Breakfast was varied and copious. Spent an hour and a half there each morning. No complaints at all. Hotel 100m from Metro Station and trams. One stop to Central Railway Station, three stops to the Duomo, ten stops with one change to the Canals. Had a great stay.
