this trip was around cristmas and most of the restaurants around were closed. But it is easy to move to the city.

The staying experience matches our expectation.
We stayed in this hotel for 4 days, it is our second time staying in this hotel. The breakfast is good as usual, the hotel front desk is friendly and they work efficiently. Our special request for kettles and extra bed is satisified. We have three persons stays in one room and the room is big enough for 3 persons. 15mins walking to the Messe Munchen, no need to call taxi.
It would be nice if they can serve more different types of food in breakfast. We stayed for 4 days but one day one we received a bottle of water.

Terrible
The location was good, not to far from the S bahn station. However the train service was suspended due to the heavy snow, and you have to walk 30 minutes to the subway station. No bus or taxi service.
1. DOUBLE CHECKED-IN!!! A man broke in my room at 3 am. Very frightening and totally intolerable.
2. Only 1 twin bed in the room. It should be a queen bed.
3. The room is located right next to the elevator, and it's noisy.

Staff telling a guest they don't care about whether or not tomorrow there will be a la carte service in the restaurant because they're sick of the place... Really??
Door hinges coming of the hotel door.
Serving just a buffet in the restaurant instead of a la carte. Buffet was terrible.
Dry meat, old salad.
Colleague got sick.
All in all very mediocre experience.
