Everything good! The hotel location is excellent, there is a public free parking just arround the corner. The breakfast is very good, many options. The staff is great!!!It was a really good choice!

terrific location, easy walking distance to centrum, buses, restaurants, sites etc. small but comfortable room.
bed and pillows need upgrades. restaurant was not open for anyone except those in special parties. this was a problem when it was raining in the evening.

the rooms and corridors look "tired" and in need of upgrading, most especially the bathrooms/showers.
Breakfast - staff need to work harder at clearing tables for guests. Often guests queuing and tables available but hadn't been cleared from previous users. No real "supervision" of dining room staff, no sense of need to move quickly. This is absolutely essential when the dining room is "hit" by busloads of American and Japanese tourists at 7-8am.
The staff were pleasant however.

The staff seemed friendly enough and location is good - very easy to walk into the centre of Siena.
Room was tired, both reading lights were broken, bathroom door had a huge dent in it, the tv had a scratch across it. The booking said it was with a balcony - it wasnt.
Someone started drilling in the wall next to me or above me at 8am.
I asked for early check in (just two hours) they couldnt accommodate, when I did check in it was a half hour queue.
It was really quite hot when I was there but no complementary water in the room.
I think it was overpriced, if I was staying for a week I would have changed hotels.

1) aircon doesnt work. had to complain so many times
2) bed sinks. pillows too soft
3) floor not cleaned or vaccumed
4) rm not sound proof -- two nites cld hear LOUD edm rave music from some party venue across from our side of the hotel - 11pm onwards! and as the room was so hot we had to open the windows which means we had rave music blasting into our room

Perfect place to stay in Siena. Highly recommended.
Location is outstanding with only a short walk to everything in Siena. Very close to the bus stops, (over the road) and a short 15 minute walk from the train station. (Walk this via the shopping centre) Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was nice. Room was very clean
Water pressure in bathroom was poor as was the drainage. Electronic door lock was broken.
View from the terrace/balcony was just primarily of a soccer field. Although the room was very clean, the Terrace / balcony area was very dirty, with many discarded cigarette butts.
