Staff were friendly and ready to help. Great location for shopping,restaurants and science park.
The heating was so hot that we could not sleep even with the window open and heating off in room. Cancelled our second night because of this.

Hotel were clean
There was really loud minibar the fridge. We couldt sleep at all! They sauna was something most sad what I ever seen. You cant even call that as a sauna. There was Harvia heater, and like in many countries people think that you cant throw water there. You just ruined that way, you really have to trhrow water to the heater and put some stones there.
Bar was closed before none in the evening and girl in the reception couldt sell to us even drinks to the sad sauna.
Breakfast is just everything really sweet, even the omelette. But maybe that just my problem that I dont line spanish breakfast.

Property, didnt really inform us at check in that lights were going to be cut off at a certain time was disappointed. 35min black out, then hot water was not running and then the water itself non available. Overall not great experience if I knew in advance I would have chosen a different hotel.

A good hotel for city tours. The Ciudad des Artes is very close and for transportation the Metro-Station is near.
The hotel has a very good standard. The breakfast has everything you need and is excellent. Special wishes (i.e. the location of the room) will be fulfilled.
