When we returned from breakfast, one of the staff entered our room and made a big mess.
The whole room smelled unpleasant.
The beds are very uncomfortable and the hygiene is very poor.

Great location
The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of the Hofburg and other attractions. The breakfast was good and the room was clean and had all that we needed.
The entrance to the hotel from the shopping street was not great, particularly in the evening, so would always recommend going around to the back. The hotel itself is a little soulless and frayed around the edges, though fine for our purposes.

Location is perfect, close enough (still, well trained leg muscles and good walking shoes are needed considering Vienna huge streets) to inner city, also right around the corner of MH Str. with lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel garage was almost empty, so there was no problem with parking. The entrance to the parking garage is from Lindengasse 9, right at the main entrance with the reception. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of different options for all tastes. Family room was big and comfortable, beds were great (with the exception of the sofa bed). There's a bath tub in the bathroom, which was a nice surprise.

Stuff could be nicer, we would expect them to be more generous with the information or at least, a smile and a friendly tone would be great (ladies at the hotel's restaurant seemed to have especially bad days while we were there). There's an online app through which guests are expected to send their requests to the stuff (for example to order additional toilet paper, towels etc), but it seems they don't actually use this way of communication.

Good location - close to the tube station and trams so once you knew where you were going it was easy to get around the City.
Nice breakfast and plenty to eat each morning.
Staff were friendly and even left me a note wishing me a Happy Birthday during my stay which was nice - thank you!
The only thing we didnt like was the mattress on the beds which we found hard so didnt sleep well until you got used to them.
We also found the room was hot (maybe because we were on the top floor) so had to keep the windows open when we were in the room.
Apart from that we enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable stay next to shopping, supermarket, and all the essentials.
Convenient location and room was a good size and designed to maximize space and comfort (sitting area, surface areas to put things, hooks and closet space etc)
Its a little tricky to find, the address listed takes you to the Main Street but you then have to walk past metro entrance and through a corridor that sometimes had a panhandler or squatter there. Whereas if the address to the quieter street where theres an actual driveway for a taxi to pull into, then I wouldnt have stood around confused for 10mins trying to figure out how to into the hotel. Also the microwave in my room was rather old and didnt heat things very well.

Although I had a non refundable reservation for several rooms guaranteed by my credit card they insisted that my elder parents pay on arrival the full amount for their room (they arrived first).
