TV signal was hit and miss. A mirror over the desk would have been great for applying make up but that is my only negative

Very good

If we visit Norwich wed definitely stay again

Good location, very friendly owner and the cosy feel to the place. We had access to the kitchen and bathroom downstairs which allowed us more room. Plus the coffee was great!

The property is located close to town and is therefore often loud from traffic and people

It was just an ok experience.

The price was quoted including breakfast. That is main reason for choosing this property was the breakfast and the location. However, we were very disappointed when we saw the stale croissants, cereal bars etc on the table in our room. As there was no one to be seen around I texted the owner to check the timing for breakfast and was informed that the breakfast was in the room on the table. We were taken aback, as whenever we have booked a room with breakfast, we always got a decent breakfast to start the day. The information provided was incorrect and would never book there again.

Not providing the breakfast was the main issue, which was included in the price.

Clean Great location Comfortable

Breakfast was not offered , only mini rolls, biscuits and pan chocolat. I can't eat eggs so..other than that my stay was great.

Great for a weekend away

Location is great, very clean and easy to use (no need to worry about keys). Kitchen fully equipped, our room had a shared shower.

Breakfast is a bit basic: pastries and hot drinks in the room but it was ok. Suggestion: provide a smaller towel to use after washing hands so the big towels can be used for shower.
