    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
    Loved that it had a quiet and relaxed atmosphere (to have dinner 6pm onwards) overlooking the beach, with delicious fresh meals and attentive staff. Loved that there were plenty of spaces (sun beds) that looked welcoming, where you could relax and read a book but also enjoy relaxing tunes, overlooking the pool. Loved that the day club finished at 5pm. Loved that they had their own day spa on site. Loved the lap pool -75metres is huge!! Loved that it was mostly adults only. It was so tranquil!
    I would have liked a discount at the day spa or a free massage or something. It was a big expense on top of the accommodation we had already paid. It was a big walk in the heat, to the ATM to get money out. I think we should have been given a lift given there was no ATM at the hotel and we had paid a lot of money to stay. When we were leaving, we had to carry our suitcases from our hotel room with an umbrella, a fair distance, and then up the stairs to the reception. There should have been a staff member to come pick us up in a buggy or help us with our bags, given it is a luxury resort.

    Lovely place to stay with kids, the only bad thing I will say is that is very far from anything you need 45 minutes to a
    Great for families with small children, the pool access room has a section for babies so very comfortable and convenient!
    Food was great there wasn't anything we didn't like, chef is amazing!

    Luxurious and comfortable stay in an upscale resort
    Beautiful property & great staff! The accommodations were large and very comfortable. All you have to do is ask and your request is granted. The food available on site is exceptional.
    The smell of mildew/mold. Not sure if it was in the fabric or a/c system. This is the tropics. I do not think its avoidable

    Completely relaxing and pleasant. A hotel that really looks like the pictures, and even better in person!
    The resort was amazing! Everything looked so clean and looked after! The staff were so friendly and attentive. As a solo traveller I felt completely safe and early check in and late check out was given without me even asking. The facilities, the spa, and yoga classes with yoga teacher rain really made my stay!
    Nothing!!!

    The beach and the private villa where we stayed
    We thought the pillows were too big and hard. They gave us bad neck, luckily there is a massage studio next to the hotel so we all went there to fix our neck

    The private villa is good value for money with young children, but the broader venue is not suitable for kids.
    The breakfast staff were excellent and accommodated our families needs very well.
    The venue was not really kid friendly with restrictive times for the kids activities. And for some strange reason the kitchen closed every day between 5-6pm, with the pizza oven being closed even earlier at 4pm, which is bang in the middle of toddler meal times.
