    very bad, untidy rooms , bad staff and charged extra 2k for no reason, when asked says some taxes which are not mentione

    Cleanliness was pathetic, Mr Rakesh on reception was very rude and put me in lot of trouble by delaying details of hotel and when complained about service says - Naam jaanke jo ukhadna he ukhadlo- such disrespect to the customers is unacceptable, hope the management takes care of his behaviour, no hotel personnel was as rude as this guy

    Value for money but basic facilities to improve.
    Room size is ok. Staffs were cordial.
    Breakfast was below average. For a solo traveller they should provide a single king or queen bed in place of 2 single beds. Hot water was not coming during bath.
