The staff was exceptional. Never have I ever seen staff that is so friendly and helpful. My mom fell sick on the trip and they went out of their way to take care of her. They even made breakfast for us at 7 Am , which was 30 mins before the scheduled time because of our early flight.
The rooms are slightly small but we knew that going in. The only case where this can be taxing is if you have a bunch of bags and dont travel light.

Perfect hotel in great location!
I stayed at this hotel with my husband and two children for three nights in December. Wouldnt normally write reviews but this place was absolutely perfect and all the hotel staff were lovely. We stayed in the Family Suite and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable (beds were great). Best part is the exceptional breakfast - fresh, healthy ingredients served to your table. Great location ideal for exploring Chiang Mai and 5 mins walk to the Sunday night market. Will definitely stay again when we return!

Hotel nine - exceptional
The staff were amazing. Rada, June, and others were so friendly and hospitable that we felt like at home. The breakfast was fabulous with very tasty local coffee. We had a very pleasant stay. We'll be back and we will recommend this beautiful hotel to all our friends.

Amazing service and good value for money
Room looks great and clean.
Breakfast was awesome. Our family loved it.
The staff and their service were excellent. They went out if their way to make an allergy friendly meal for one of our children. We were very thankful and impressed by this.
The entrance to the hotel was a bit narrow.
The room was quite small but cozy.
Other than that everything else was excellent.

Loved our time here. Wed definitely want to stay here again
The location in Old Town was great. Countless food, sites, shopping, etc. within walking distance. However, if you dont want to walk, Nine Hotel has a few bicycles. There are other options like tuktuk, Grab, etc. Breakfast was great. Staff were great. They have an elevator. AC worked really well. We would definitely stay here again

Nice boutique hotel in heart of Chiang Mai
Very nice boutique hotel in the Center of old chiang Mai - Next to temples, restaurants and shops. Small pool and roof terrace to relax after exploring the city. Fresh prepared American breakfast and very nice staff
Rooms are small and cozy, no wardrobe - but charming and good enough for 2-3 days stay
