Value of Money. The location is very good, close to markets (if that is what you need).

The rooms are a little dated but still quite comfortable. Each room has a nice balcony and works well. The restaurant is decent.

Location is very good 5 -7 min walk to bangala road. Room is big and comfy. Clean and room service is good.

Not smart TV in the room. One man of the staff was very rude when I was asking for something I reception. HIDDEN CHARGE : you will be charged 1000 baht for every guest enter your room *this policy not hidden in the hotel but it's not written anywhere at booking.com. And if you are interested in ladyboys ..so this place not for you ..ladyboys not allowed.

Excellent clean, comfortable hotel.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great pool and restaurant.

Had a little issue with the lights but once reported the staff were there within minutes and resolved it.

The pool was very nice, but I notice that the swim up room was one of about 8 that had sun shining on it, the rooms across from us was always in the shade, They had sun loungers but what was the point if you could never have the sun. The lights in the pool at my end of the pool where I was staying, was not working, or the light bulbs had gone, and was never replaced, lack of maintenance, it seems like it a case of we are not spending any money now the hotel is built, if it shabby so be it, we are caring about the hotel, lost of hart. Very sad.

We stayed there for 28 nights, There was no entertainment at all, the internet was nonexistent very poor, we did have a breakfast once at the hotel, and it was very poor, because 90% of the people staying there was from Europe , so why have things for breakfast, like cabbage with onions and bit of carrot , and other dishes like that, when no one in Europe eats things like that for breakfast, or is it a case of well its a dish and if we put 9 dishes out with cheap made up stuff, it looks like we have tryed, put those dishes on you pay menu and you wont sell any.the management will say they will take my comments on board, you have been saying that for years , and you will still do nothing about it, very sad.
