    ThanQ SURYAVILLAS Team for the pleasant experience & hospitality....
    Hospitality, individual attention towards every single guest, and their preferences, hygiene, food - DELECTABLE - APPETIZING - FINGER LICKING, Cleanliness, very polite and helpful staff, honesty we left our phone in the restaurant and they searched for the owner n handed over back to us and my son left his wallet in the gift shop inside the resort which was also returned safely when they found it there. The property is huge enough to enjoy nature's lap, and they offer pick and drop service from rooms if someone wishes for - they have electric cars and vans for this, which makes easier to travel inside the property... Swimming pool, swings, pool table, table tennis, live singer, barbecue, wood oven pizzas etc... adds to the out of world services.... Mr. CEO is always present in the resort and is on duty from morning to till dinner and assures satisfaction of guests and visitors has been met & organises everything in a perfect manner.... His command is worthy for the smooth functioning... The way he acknowledges the requests made & the care he offers to the guests is really appreciable... It's like heaven to be at SURYAVILLAS RESORT... Thanks a lot for offering such a pleasant experience team....

    rooms and view
    should have more of carts as we have to wait for more than half an hour for same which never came. check out t one mentioned on site is different than written on site even extra bed policies for kids is different.

    THE FOOD QUALITY WAS VERY GOOD ,THE STAFF WAS COOPERATIVE. PROPERTY IS BIG TO ENJOY, HAVING GOOD WELLNESS PROGRAM
    THE HIMALYAN COTTAGE WERE NOT UPTO THE STANDARD , THE BATHROOM DOOR WAS NOT PROPERLY FIXED , THE EXHAUST FAN WAS VERY NOISY , THE MAIN DOOR LOCK WAS NOT WORKING WELL , OVERALL THE QUALITY AND FINISHES IN THE ROOM WAS VERY LOW , NOT UPTO THE MARK
