    The rooms were huge. The bathrooms could have had a bath tub though given the size. The property is very clean, well maintained, very beautiful and well located. The staff were amazing. The food is to die for especially the local Kerala good. We arrived at 3.30 pm and yet they did not have rooms ready. This was disappointing. The management more than made up by offering us a dinner on the house. Thanks very much for that. They even arranged a cake on check out even though we only stayed a night. Lovely hospitality.
    There need to be fans at the reception area since it gets hot in the day.

    Stayed for 2 days at this beautiful resort. However, the checkin was supposed to be at 2 and we got our rooms only by 4. However the staff was very nice and did offer us activities to do while waiting for it. The superior room was very large and over looking the lake. The Breakfast is quite nice, not many options but the food is tasty. The price of the dishes are very reasonable as well. Pool is very clean and temperature controlled. Location is a good, however you will need auto or a taxi to go around anywhere near. The hotel can arrange boat rides, autos at reasonable price as well.

    During peak seasons the price is high for the property. The AC in the room we stayed in had a ticking noise coming in all night. The service is a bit slow but the staff is very nice and friendly. They should have fans at the reception area, it gets quite hot there.

    This is a gorgeous hotel, really couldnt find much to fault about it. The rooms are huge, incredibly clean and lovely toiletries. The staff are really helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet was expansive and tasty. The pool was a decent size and not just for show with lovely flowers. Lots of beautiful birds and butterflies to look at in the gardens. I dont think it had the amenities of larger resorts nearby which was fine for us but if thats something you want its not far to walk to some of the other resorts.

    The property is very beautiful with its greenery and beautiful landscaping. We loved the restaurant. Our rooms were beautiful and spacious. The staff accommodated our request to house our family in close by rooms. Had a lot of fun staying at this property with my family.

    We had a lovely few days stay, it was incredibly relaxing and the staff were very kind.
    The facilities were wonderful and the view of the lake was unmatched. The menu and quality of the food was excellent.
